After a long-lasting fight with Chrome, Microsoft ended up agreeing terms with its mortal enemy through Windows Timeline.

Since Microsoft introduced timeline with a peculiar icon, actual concept was relatively the same in the screen.

But until this time, Microsoft only logged its own application history in this perspective. Now it also supports Chrome link activies.

To achieve this functionality, first need to download “Web Activities” extension from Chrome Store.

This extension basically sends down your history to Windows Timeline.

After you’ve installed the extension, it’ll ask you to login to your Microsoft Account for syncing purposes.

As long as you login Windows with your Microsoft Account, you are able to observe all your web browsing history in Windows Timeline.

Thank you.
